Bags & Blessings is a faith based non-profit charity established to help bring hope and love to those individuals undergoing cancer treatments.
How WE help!
Bags & Blessings was founded in 2019 as a non-profit group, based in Beaver County and focuses on Beaver and Allegheny County residents. We are dedicated to a simple, but powerful mission – to offer hope and love to cancer patients who are in treatment; to show them God's love, and to remind them they don't fight alone. To this end, our objectives include:
Raise awareness of cancer in our local communities.
Celebrate cancer survivors and provide them with opportunities to meet through our events and support groups.
Promote healthy lifestyles through our gift bags, exercise classes, and community acupuncture.
Promote mental health through our support groups and race.
Support families affected by cancer through support groups, our annual race, and the Tree Memorial Program.
Support our local communities by buying local, planting trees, and building community relationships.
